Can I create a custom order?

Yes, absolutely. All of our custom orders are created as per clients request being colours, flowers, budget and size. If you would like a custom order, we ask that you please contact us through an email before making any purchases online. For all custom orders please allow 7-10 days (depends on availability of products requested). Often we have a large volume of orders, and this timeframe allows time also for it to be created..

Can you tell me exactly when my order will arrive?

For in stock items (already made), once your order has been placed, we will notify you when your order is ready to collect or has been shipped and provide you with the tracking number. If your order is being delivered locally, we will let you know when we will be completing the delivery and this will arrive at some point throughout the day between 9am and 5pm, or at an agreed time.

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, we ask that you please contact us ASAP by phone call only. If the order is already out for delivery, then unfortunately we cannot cancel the order. If the order has been prepared but has not left the shop then you will incur a cancellation fee of 50%. 

Can I request refund or change of mind?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you click the item you want correctly before purchasing. By placing your order you have acknowledged and accepted these terms.

What if nobody is home?

For local deliveries, we do not leave deliveries unless advised to do so. We endeavour to contact the recipient before delivery to confirm address and best time for delivery. if requested to leave If nobody is home then we will aim to leave the package in a safe place (if deemed safe to do so).

For shipped Items, once shipped it will be delivered to the address placed with the online order. You will receive a tracking number to the mobile or email you signed up with, once your item has been posted. These items maybe left unattended.

Damage or Lost Delivery - Shipped orders only. 

If you would like insurance at the time of order please be advised this is an extra charge. Whilst we take the utmost care with packing your order, all parcels are marked appropriately, "This Way Up", "Fragile" and  Express Post". All dried and preserved flowers are delicate and may naturally shed or drop a little during transit. Please be aware that we use a third party courier service, being Australia Post, which means once the parcel has left our premises we have no control on how it is handled, and in what timeframe it will be delivered.

We require this information to provide you with a better service, for the following reasons:

  • Internal records only for orders placed.
  • We may occasionally send promotional email about new products, special offers using the email address which you have provided.
  • We may provide your information to our third party partners for shipping purposes only.
  • We will never sell your information.
